It was ridiculous! I never realized, being in the back of the clinic, just how many opportunities are missed. Now, I see all the inefficiencies and how we can be much more effective.
Honestly, it was embarrassing. I knew there was a problem, but I didn’t realize how much I had been avoiding it.
