Inside Sales Consultant (Hunter/Closer)
About the Role
Scheduling Institute is hiring a performance-driven Inside Sales Consultant to help private-practice healthcare businesses grow through training and systems that improve patient experience and practice performance.
This is a full-cycle sales role, not just an order-taking position.
You will own the entire sales process:
Generate → Consult → Close → Hand Off

What You’ll Do
- Convert inbound marketing leads into enrolled clients
- Run discovery consultations with doctors/pract owners
- Execute structured outbound follow-up and pipeline generation
- Re-engage past prospects and event attendees
- Close qualified opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline management
You will work both inbound opportunities and self-generated pipeline.
Expected Earnings
- Strong performers: $100K–$150K+
- Top performers: $200K+
