Do you have a great ear for conversation, strong attention to detail, and enjoy helping others improve?

As a 5-Star Advocate, you’ll listen to mystery calls from our clients’ offices, evaluate how the team member handled the call using our rating system, and provide feedback that helps them recognize what they’re doing well and where they can grow.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Listen to and evaluate monthly mystery calls from clients’ offices
  • Assign a 0–5 star rating using our rating system
  • Record and upload your evaluation and feedback
  • Accurately enter required information
  • Manage your assigned calls independently and meet deadlines
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Accuracy is a MUST
  • Comfortable using computers and basic file management
  • Organized, reliable and self-motivated
  • Able to manage your workload independently
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
