On-Site Trainings Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Manager to lead and grow the marketing efforts for our on-site training programs. This role is ideal for someone who loves managing projects end-to-end, collaborating across teams, and turning great ideas into campaigns that actually drive sales.

You will work closely with leadership, sales, trainers, and clients to increase demand, bookings, and visibility for our on-site trainings. This is a hands-on role for a true self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote on-site trainings
  • Create and manage campaigns across email marketing, direct mail, and digital channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, offers, and timing
  • Support sales initiatives with targeted campaigns and materials

Project & Client Management

  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously from concept to execution
  • Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand goals and customize campaigns
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure projects stay on track
  • Serve as a key point of contact between marketing, sales, and training teams
  • Train, motivate, and keep teams informed and engaged internal

Content & Creative Oversight

  • Produce creative ideas for campaigns, messaging, and promotions
  • Oversee copy and creative assets to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness
  • Adapt messaging based on audience, specialty, and training focus

Performance & Optimization

  • Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve results
  • Identify opportunities to increase engagement, conversions, and on-site training sales
  • Share insights and recommendations with leadership
